Shaun the Sheep by the Sea!

A new Shaun the Sheep trail is coming to Brighton and Hove in Autumn 2023! Shaun by the Sea will feature 50 'ewe-niquely' designed sculptures coming to the coast for an eight-week trail starting in September.

A special launch event was held at Brighton's iconic Royal Pavillion this week, with local resident and superstar DJ Norman Cook - aka Fatboy Slim - in attendance, along with Aardman co-founder Peter Lord. The trail will support the great work of local charity Martlets, which provides hospice care for the region. As an ambassador for the charity, Norman Cook is encouraging local Brighton and Hove businesses to get involved in sponsoring a Shaun - in fact his own business - Big Beach Cafe - will host a Shaun sculpture!

Shaun by the Sea will bring families together next year, as well as providing some great opportunities for local artists and schools to get creative. And of course, it will raise vital funds to help Martlets continue its important work.
